Full restoration of manor of Shagal family, reconstruction of historical environment of the end of XIX - the beginning of XX centuries near to Mark Shagal memorial House - museum on street Pokrovskaya by restoration of wooden and two-storeyed stone buildings in adjoining quarter. 2. Modernization of existing building Art - center of Mark Shagal, and an extension of additional case with modern show-rooms, premises(rooms) for children's art school, rooms for storage of exhibits, a library, a boardroom, hotel at a museum, small cafe, shop of souvenirs.
