什么是 PA？

PA (Prior Approval) is an approval for construction companies to employ foreign workers from Non-Traditional Source (NTS) countries and the People’s Republic of China (PRC). It indicates the number of foreign workers a company is allowed to bring in from various approved countries of origin or for work permit renewals.



PAs are granted based on the number of man-years allocated to the company, the duration of the work permits applied for and the number of full-time local workers employed in the most recent past three months as reflected in the company’s CPF contribution statements.
